David Edmondson
Managing Director
David has over 30 years of general business and property specific experience. He has a broad knowledge and experience of all aspects of residential and commercial property conveyancing, conversion, development and investment.
He started, scaled and sold his telecomms business to
an overseas public company with the help of a corporate finance house. David developed a unique team culture which, when combined with operational excellence, provided the environment for the company to thrive.
Genesis Consultancy grew to employ 155 fabulous team members and delivered projects internationally in Europe, USA and Asia Pacific.
David served in the British Army with the Royal Signals in various operational theatres around the world

Zoe is an accomplished property professional with experience in all aspects of developing residential and commercial properties.
She sources our properties and then ensures all aspects of compliancy are followed, ready for handover to the client.
